Born and raised in Surrey, prior to joining the Win Lui Group in the spring of 2022 Shanel graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA, Major in Economics and Minor in Commerce. Her interest in data analysis led her to land a research internship at RWTH Aachen University in Germany for two consecutive summers.

Once Shanel’s internship was over she decided to pursue a career in the world of mortgages. Being one who works well with numbers, this allowed her to combine both her passion with real estate and extensive knowledge she accumulated as an economist undergraduate. As a mortgage broker she is able to understand her client’s needs and aims to keep them stress-free throughout the entire process - from her clients initial phone call...to everything that comes afterwards.

Shanel can’t wait to provide her clients with the exceptional customer service they deserve. Whether it be as first-time home buyers, or clients looking to refinance their home Shanel will find a mortgage solution best tailored for her clients.
